"I've inspected houses, condos, and co-ops of all sizes and ages, plus high rises, horse farms, log cabins, embassies, race tracks, supermarkets, restaurants, car dealerships, animal hospitals, county/state soil conservation labs, etc. And along the way, I've learned from some very talented and interesting people." -- LARRY WASSON |
About Larry Wasson, ACI, CMI
Larry is the founder of Affiliated Inspectors. In fact, he’s one of the original home inspectors…he’s ASHI-certified inspector #201 in a field that now numbers in the tens of thousands! Larry has trained home inspectors, taught continuing education courses, and conducted seminars for real estate professionals and homeowners. For 15 years, he trained US State Department buildings personnel on maintaining and improving US properties around the world. Among his thousands of inspections, Larry has inspected some very interesting places—from embassies to log cabins, from restaurants and race tracks to the homes of some rather well-known celebrities and professional athletes. The smallest home he's ever inspected was a 400 sq. ft. condo; the largest house was well over 22,000 sq. ft; the oldest was built more than 185 years ago, the newest still under construction. Larry has appeared on NBC’s TODAY Show, and on Washington, DC’s NBC-4. He’s worked on many interesting consulting projects, including for the Department of Justice and the FBI. He’s provided pre-conversion assessments for local condo developers, and quality-assurance inspections for local and nationally-known builders. Imagine all that he’s seen! Larry's experience gives him a depth of knowledge, a broad perspective, and real-world practical solutions, all working for you. |
